Everyone wants to look and be their best.

It’s a great thing that you’re actively seeking out information right now at this very moment on how to accomplish this, it’s the sign of a person who’s serious about success and changing their life for the better. Because you believe you can succeed, this sets you apart, because some people don’t even believe they can. Now let me ask you a question about what might describe over 80% of the world’s population.

How many people know that they should do something about the way they look and feel, but they never do anything about it? They may think about working out here and there, maybe they pause here and there to consider whether or not the food they’re eating on a regular basis is actually helping them look their best or keeping them much less happy with their body than they could be if only they took some time to stick to a plan that works and then take action on a consistent basis.

It’s so simple, but that’s just how No Nonsense Muscle Building works

This simple formula- plan and take action- has been working for successful people forever. But most people get stuck or count themselves out even before trying. They get lost in the misconception that they will never succeed. It’s like a self-defeating attitude that repeats over and over which keeps people from taking action in the direction of what they’d like to do or become.

It’s easier just to not try, at least in the short term. It takes the least amount of effort and it requires nothing. But surely by doing the same nothing, you will get the same nothing. One of the laws of physics is that objects in motion tend to stay in motion, and objects at rest tend to stay at rest.

Objects in motion tend to stay in motion, and objects not in motion need to get in motion.

Let’s go back in time to when I was a young scrawny lad of 18 years, when I had this pressing desire to gain weight and become a muscle bound man. I was infatuated, even obsessed with working out and trying to put on muscle. I would go to the gym and spend hours upon hours doing exercises with weights 5 days a week.

And just like that, I never gained weight, and I barely gained muscle. I might have gotten a little stronger, but not much more than that. But I had spirit, and I was willing to work, and I had

A Willingness to change for the better

I was also willing to change, which is probably just as important as the desire and the willingness to put forth some effort in the direction of this weird dream I had to get buffed up. I decided that since I was obviously not succeeding, I should get some help.

What I found was nothing short of mind-blowing for me at the time. I learned I could ONLY gain weight and muscle when I worked out far less, worked out smarter, ate more food, and ate better food more times throughout the day than just 3 meals.

This was a mind-blowing breakthrough for me at the time because it went against my ignorance of the right way to build muscle and gain weight. It makes sense to me now, but when suddenly the blinding smoke disappears and you can see for the first time, it’s really a beautiful thing.

When I got help, I got help from someone who had been there before and knew exactly how to go about achieving muscle building success because they too had been skinny. They knew what it was like to want to have big, strapping muscles and have zero idea of how to get there, and probably deep down thought it was an impossibility.

When I started gaining weight and muscle, I felt like I had uncovered some mystery or unlocked a magical door

People were impressed with my body’s changes. Some people accused me of using steroids. I must be cutting corners or doing something exciting to look like this. Actually no. The formula for my fitness success… it’s quite boring really.

It’s boring because, quite frankly, it works. But, it offers no hype. It offers no empty promises and makes no delusionary claims about getting a bodybuilder physique in 60 days or your money back.

No, it offers a plan that actually works. It takes a little time. Let me ask you something. Are you going anywhere? Do you have something better or important to do? If you do, then ok, but if you have time on your hands, why not apply it to something useful and beneficial to your image and your health.

No Nonsense Muscle Building gives you back what you put in

I know EXACTLY what it’s like to want a muscular body but just not know how to get there, I am very happy to share a program that works with people. I see guys getting awesome results with this program and it’s easy to understand why. These are the same guys who last year were asking “Am I going to be skinny forever??”.

This program destroys the myths about weight gain and muscle building, it gives you a solid plan that if only you’ll commit to, you’ll get an awesome body, no matter how you look right now.

Honestly, ”Should I try No Nonsense Muscle Building?” is better answered after reading the No Nonsense Muscle Building review that breaks down what you get with no nonsense muscle building, and how it destroys the 5 most popular myths perpetuated by supplement makers and fitness magazines.

Also, if you’re interested in learning from the creator of this system himself, just click on the picture below and hear a video about his journey from skinny Vinny to a muscular fitness model. Check out how skinny he was!

Successful muscle building and any committed fitness training is a very gratifying activity. Watching your body become the best, more powerful version of itself is absolutely thrilling. Maybe you have just started and can’t really notice any changes in your frame, but once those subtle differences become apparent, they will give you all the motivation you need and you’ll ultimately know that what you’re doing is effectively working for you. Just making the decision to keep fighting for that physical (and mental) optimal state, committing to a different, more effective lifestyle, is a giant step in the right direction.

Nowadays, our bodies don’t usually live up to their full potential. We sit all day, at home and at work and everything is practically handed to us, as long as we can afford it, and we almost don’t have to move for anything. Obesity is wining battles everyday, helping spread heart disease and diabetes, just to name a few. Laziness is the common and accepted behavior and movement is viewed as a huge discomfort.

We are built to respond to the wild, wild world out there and mobility and strength should be our goals, but we are growing more and more sedentary. If you imagine the beginning of the world for our species, you know we weren’t exactly at the top of the food chain and were constantly at risk of being killed or dying of starvation. Life was simpler, but much harder and dangerous, and we depended on strength to get by.

Today, there are no immediate risks and it’s up to you to realize that your skeletal muscles are suffering and take care of their well being. When you’re body is stressed by weight training it goes into its natural survival mode, where it gathers all its possible strength and builds more muscle from there. Muscles are supposed to be stressed, human beings are supposed to be challenged and enjoy life far away from the couch and the chips and the beer.

How does the body’s muscle grow?

There is a lot of research about muscle growth and there is still a lot to be understood and explained about this complex biological process. Nevertheless, we can say for sure that muscle will definitely grow, if you give it as much physical stress as possible, allowing it to recover with some well deserved rest and healthy controlled diet.

You know your body will react to injury activating the necessary defenses and repair mechanisms in order to maintain its basic functions and guarantee your survival. It’s the same way with your muscle structure. After an intense workout, your muscle fibers will have suffered some damage and so, satellite cells will become active and fuse together and with the muscle in an effort to repair the tissues.

Resistance exercises will also stimulate the pituitary gland and the consequent release of growth hormone, which will increase your metabolism and the use of fat for energy as well as bring in the necessary nutrients. In addition, testosterone can also increase the presence of neurotransmitters at the fiber site, which can help to activate tissue growth.

So, all you need is to plan your work out, considering and adapting it to your needs, body type and lifestyle, including rest time and proper food. This is extremely important. For example, you can work or strain the same muscle everyday, because it won’t have time to recover and grow. The same goes for food. If you don’t eat properly, what will your body do for fuel and energy and nutrients to repair and grow?

When thinking about getting fit, slimming down, or building muscle, consider this:

1. Your potential – Movement is essential to the body and exercising the muscles should be a part of our lives, since we are prepared to survive and evolve that way. Even though some have amazingly fast responsive bodies in terms of muscle building, others, for health reasons or structural problems have to work harder. Don’t get too frustrated about a possible slow start . It’s takes its time. The time course for muscle growth is relatively slow, generally taking several weeks or months to be apparent.

2. Understand the decision you are embracing – You need to understand fully what it takes to achieve your muscle training goals. It’s not an easy decision to make and carry out. It is very demanding and being half-committed just won’t be enough. Make a conscious and informed decision to pursue weight training or you’ll fail miserably at it.

3. Educate yourself – Research exercise plans, read about other bodybuilders experiences, ask questions to those who know all about weight training. Take all the information you gathered into your training and it will be much easier to explore it.

4. Trial and Error -Don’t be afraid to try and fail, it’s all part of the process and this is the only way to figure out what will work for you. If your routine is not working, stop doing it. Even if it works for other people, we’re all different and it doesn’t mean it will work for you.

5. Thought awareness – If you feel dissatisfied with your body at the moment, use that frustration to give you strength to commit to a new and more healthier and rewarding lifestyle. Accept your limits and mistakes and move forward. Keep an open mind and your energy up and you will have the strength to change and improve. A negative mind will steal your energy and power and all you’ll be able to do is to get depressed and hide in a dark corner.

6. Discipline and dedication - you can’t really expect to get results if you aren’t fully committed to this cause, because that way you will get nowhere in body building. You have to accept the responsibility for your attitude and actions. You want this and you’ll have to fight for it!

7. Be drug free – Some people, due to frustration and disappointment in the results of their training, will look for a easier way to achieve their expectations. Nothing is worth the harm done to your health and the criminal implications of illegal drug use. It’s as simple as that. Steroid use is potentially very dangerous, and not worth being incarcerated.

8. Empowerment - no matter how old you are, if you’re a man or a woman or where you stand physically and health wise, body building can be a very empowering and rewarding activity. It will do wonders for your self image and confidence.

9. Results – finally, you are there – you’re bigger and stronger, you’re happy and proud. You look great and you are also benefiting from all the advantages of exercising on a regular basis and of keeping a well balanced new diet.

Can you see it? Isn’t it worth the journey?

It seems that every day you read something in the news about scientists coming one step closer to turning the tide in the battle against cancer, or there’s a new vaccine out that claims to keep you safe from the seasonal illness going around.

Unfortunately, this has always been the case in our society. But actual and perceived advances in medicine are no substitute for getting the basics right. I’m talking about working out consistently and watching what you put in your body.

With health care costs rising, cutbacks in benefits for employees, and an increasingly obese society in spite of healthier choices and government mandates to list calories on menus for restaurants and fast-food chains nationwide, there has never been a better time to take control of your own destiny with how you look, how you feel, and how long you will live.

When you make the choice to get serious about working out and taking care of your own health, you free yourself from worries and stress of waiting for some ominous diagnosis the next time you visit your doctor, if you are fortunate enough to have health insurance, which many Americans don’t even have.

Sure it takes a little effort, and the name of the game is consistency, but the rewards you will reap in the long run and the confidence you will gain far outweigh the traditional alternative of letting things go and hoping modern medicine will bail you out should you encounter and problems with health.

When I went to college, I ate at the dining hall, all that high-calorie food prepared in less-than-ideal circumstances, then at night I’d microwave some food and call it dinner. I eventually figured out that I could do better. I made the conscious decision to eat more fruits and vegetables, I started avoiding the microwave, and I learned a few simple healthy recipes.

I’ve never had a problem when it comes to working out, at least getting myself to the gym or outside to run, but I have experienced plateaus and burnout when it comes to choosing exercises to do. But as I’ve learned over the years, it doesn’t have to be this way. Working out doesn’t have to be something you dread. It can be a fun and freeing experience, a way to have some play time as an adult and forget your worries and cares if only for one hour a day 3 -4 days a week.

I’ve created a website that helps people get started in the right direction with fitness and proper diet. This website is for people who are interested in no nonsense muscle building solutions, weight loss principles, healthy eating ideas, and several different methods of working out which are fun and effective in achieving your goals.

I know what it’s like to be 50 pounds overweight. I also know what it’s like to be super skinny and think “I’ll always be a stick my whole life”. All it takes is a little motivation, the right education, and complete dedication to turn the odds in your favor.

Think of the benefits of working out: building muscle, losing weight, feeling great. Imagine what it would be like to be 10 pounds lesser (if you’re overweight), or what 10 pounds of solid extra muscle could do for your image (if you want to gain weight). Think it’s impossible?

It’s far from impossible. All it takes is a little planning and sticking with it. Before long it becomes a habit, part of your life that you wouldn’t even consider not working out, you wouldn’t even think about getting that super-sized #2 at the fast-food burger stop after work.

We’re all faced with a choice these days. We can do nothing and hope that the government will provide a health care solution. We can let our bodies go, eating whatever and however much we want, sitting around and not being active, lacking energy and gusto- or we can take control and take charge of our destiny, and enjoy the journey.

I for one will choose to take control of my destiny. I’ve come a long way since I was in college 5 years ago when I made the simple decision to add a single healthy habit to my lifestyle. Since then adding a simple healthy habit here and there has made a huge difference, a net gain of immeasurable value. I’ve stayed healthy, avoided major bouts of sickness and the flu, and I’ve attained a more ideal body and muscle size for my height and body frame.

I hope you’ll see the value in self-reliance and gaining your independence through proper education, maintaining inspiration, continued motivation, and consistent dedication to your own well-being and happiness. If you would like to learn more, get a good plan for working out and eating right and never look back.

You’ll be glad you did.
